4. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
